Nutrition Coaching

We offer personalized nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals. Whether you are looking for basic nutrition information or have more complex challenges, we can help.  Registered Dietitians are trained to work with a variety of individuals and groups, including athletes, older adults, and individuals with chronic health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. Our dietitians use proven methods of guidance and behaviour change to support you at every step of the way.
 

Dietitians are regulated health professionals who base recommendations and guidance on evidence, not the latest health fad. Working with a dietitian can:

  • Reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by up to 60% in clients at risk.1

  • Reduce A1C levels for the management of diabetes, similar to outcomes with two medications but with reduced cost and risk.2

  • Lower LDL and total cholesterol blood levels and lower blood pressure.3
